The first ever stand-alone
USTA Quick Start
sanctioned tournament
for either metro Nashville or the
surrounding areas
will take place this Sunday
in Mt.Juliet at Charlie Daniels Park.
The categories are 8 and under
and 10 and under.
Quick Start is designed for kids
and has smaller nets that are
laid facing the sidelines rather
the baselines, making
smaller tennis courts with
smaller nets for kids to play
on.
There is time to still register
your kids for this tournament.
Dell Pride, a former college stand-out
and tennis pro, who is currently
Mt. Juliet's teaching pro is the
coordinator for this tournament
and has been working hard all
summer training the kids at lessons
and even working with the parents
giving them the understanding of
the preparation for Quick Start Tournament
play.
So, please come out and watch the kids
play.
